BARCLAYS CENTER
On behalf of Onexim Sports & Entertainment, acted as tenant’s representative on the $1 billion Barclays Center development.
BELMONT PARK ARENA
Overseeing development and construction of a $1 billion world-class sports and entertainment destination at Belmont Park for the New York Islanders hockey team.
CADILLAC ARENA
On behalf of the National Basketball Association, advised Chinese developer on the design and construction of the 2008 Olympics basketball venue.
CHARGERS PROPOSED STADIUM
Oversaw master planning, conceptual design, and feasibility analysis for the proposed hybrid NFL stadium/convention center to be located in downtown San Diego.
CHASE CENTER
Oversaw all pre-construction activities including project team selection, venue program, design, cost estimation, entitlement, and schedule for the $1 billion Chase Center development.
CITI FIELD
Oversaw development and construction of the $800 million New York Mets baseball stadium.
FC CINCINNATI STADIUM
Acting as owner’s representative on the new $250 million FC Cincinnati MLS stadium plus adjacent mixed use and will oversee all aspects of the project.
FIRST DATA FIELD
Overseeing $55 million renovation of the New York Mets’ spring training complex, including complete modernization of both major and minor league campuses.
HSS TRAINING CENTER
Oversaw development of the Brooklyn Nets’ $50 million, state-of-the-art practice facility located on the 8th floor and rooftop of a historic waterfront warehouse in Industry City.
LITTLE CAESARS ARENA
Oversaw $50 million renovation of Little Caesars Arena to serve as the state-of-the-art home of the Detroit Pistons.
LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY FIELD
Oversaw construction of a multi-sport playing field at Long Island University’s Brooklyn campus.
MADISON SQUARE GARDEN
Oversaw Madison Square Garden's $1 billion renovation.
